I have been using the services here for the past 10 months. I initially went for an assessment after suffering from vertigo, neck pain and the worst tension headaches all on a daily basis. From day one I felt really heard and looked after. I signed up for a year's treatment which really worried me at first because it was a huge financial commitment and have never had any treatments previously I was scared of the thought of having my neck cracked! Dr Jay was so sympathetic and really put me at my ease. After the first month of treatments I noticed my tension headaches had all but disappeared and I hated it if I had to miss a treatment as I could really feel the difference! Now I'm at the maintenance stage I'm practically pain free! And I have never felt better! And to top it all the two receptionists are not only very professional but such kind and caring ladies. They go above and beyond and are pleased to see me at 8am on a Wednesday morning! I couldn't fail to give the 5 stars as thats been the level of care they have given me!
